ANNUAL SEASONAL LOTTERY DRAW INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE
THE MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY EACH YEAR
2026 Season
Seasonal sites will be Blue.
We will have the seasonal applications on our website from February 16 to March 6.
Upon arriving seasonals must sign the contract and pay the remaining balance before parking the trailer on the site.
Payment and contract must be signed by May the 16. No exceptions
The lottery will run the same as last year.This year on the application you will pick the loop in the order of your preference. The board will pick a name out of a bucket and then pick a site out of another bucket and that will be the site you would get for the season.
Note if you are not satisfied with your site from the lottery draw you will forfeit your $500.00 deposit. We will not move people around.

Any false information on applications will result in your name being removed from the lottery.
We are trying to figure out how many seasonal's would like a seasonal boat slip. Please mark the spot on the application. Depending on how many seasonal's want boat slips we may have to run a lottery for slips. It will be posted on the website. Otherwise it will be first come first served opening for seasonal's May 1 to 15 then open to public till slips are full.
This year you will have to put a legal resident address on the application. The name on the application has to match your registration on your trailer or boat that you would put on your seasonal spot or boat slip. CVRS staff can ask for proof when you register at the office.
