ANNUAL SEASONAL LOTTERY DRAW INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE
THE MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY EACH YEAR
2021 Season - UPDATE March 9th, 2021
The seasonal draw has now closed, those campers drawn for a seasonal site will be notified between March 21st and March 27th.
With Covid restrictions still in place as far as social gatherings, the seasonal draw will be conducted similar to last year.
There will be no draw for Boat slips. Slips will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
The seasonal sites will be the YELLOW SITES
The applicants will be numbered and entered into the draw like other years and the sites will be put in a separate draw barrel. The board will draw out an applicant at random and then draw a site for them out of the second barrel. What ever site is drawn for you will be your seasonal site.
There will be no moving or changing of the site you are assigned NO EXCEPTIONS This will continue until all the seasonal sites are filled.
Only the people that get sites will be notified so please make sure that the email and phone number are correct on the application.
Lucky applicants will be notified of their site and will pay the remaining balance of the seasonal price to the office when they arrive at the office on or after May 1 2021.
NOTE: Balance of the seasonal price must be paid by Sunday May 15 2021 NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not satisfied with your spot from the lottery you will forfeit your $500 deposit.
