ANNUAL SEASONAL LOTTERY DRAW INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE
THE MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY EACH YEAR
2024 Season
Seasonal sites will be Blue.
We will have the seasonal application on the website from February 12 to March 1
Upon arriving Seasonals must sign the contract and pay the remainder of seasonal balance before parking the trailer on site. Payment and contract must be signed by the 12th of May. NO EXCEPTIONS
Note if you are not satisfied with your site from the lottery draw you will forfeit your $500.00 deposit.
The lottery will be run the same as last few years. The board will pick a site out of a bucket and pick a name out of another bucket and that is your site for the season. we will not move people around.
We will have the list on out website as quickly as possible after the draw
The seasonal boat slips will be open to the people that get drawn for seasonal sites, until the 10 of May. Then it will be open to everyone that would like one. We only have 40 seasonal boat slips to sell.
